How we ship.

Door-to-Door Delivery

We handle the entire journey from our facility in Thailand directly to your door, with no freight forwarders and no middlemen. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days to most destinations. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location.

No Import Permits Required

Our plants ship with full phytosanitary documentation. You don't need an import permit, regardless of quantity. We handle all export compliance on our end. Your plants clear customs without you doing anything.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Every order is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives dead, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. We have a 0.25% claim rateacross all shipments, which we're proud of. We keep it that way through careful packing and fast transit.

To file a claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the plant.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. We do not ship to the EU. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
